Well guys this seller seems to be not really interested in selling this Teletype machine.

 

I’ve tried to nail him down as to when I could come by his business to take a look at it and possibly take it off his hands.  It is a business and not someone trying to protect his personal space.

 

He has yet to commit to a time of when I might be able stop by.  His response, twice, has  been “I’ll text you when I get to the office.”

 

It is now 3:00PM and even though he is only maybe 25 miles away, in Atlanta traffic at this time of day, the trip might take an hour to get there and maybe 2 hours to get back as rush hour traffic increases.

 

His responses via text are terse and short.  In response to I’d like to know a time so I can be on my way before traffic gets too bas was as follows in 4 separate text messages:

“I understand”

“Let’s not do business”

“Good luck to you”

“Not a good fit”

These four one liners came in one after another with barely a pause between them.

 

I would suggest that any further posts from this guy be ignored.
