[GreenKeys] CR stuntbox mystery

Why would a CR function bar be conditioned by the zero code bar?  My 
printer prints fine, except it only does a CR from the red key, My fox 
tape ends up in a pile at the right end.

So I'm looking at the stunt box to see if the CR function bar is even 
moving.  No it's not.  Then for some reason I fiddled with the code bars 
and pushing on the zero (aka select) code bar the CR works.  Obviously 
the CR function bar has a tine on the zero code bar level.  WHY?

Been reading the stuntbox docs, but haven't found a reference yet.
