Jeff G,

I was not running anything extra.  For W7 (& earlier), HM 2.5 
communicates directly with the computer's serial port. For display 
purposes, I have an optocoupler that plugs into the computer's serial 
port and keys the TTY loop directly.

You can opem HM 2.5 on Win 10. It opens, and drop-down menus work, but 
if you try to print anything, you get an error that it can't find the 
serial port.

If you can make something that will allow HM 2.5 work with win 10, it 
would be much appreciated by us all.
