I don't believe it's specifically a Windows 10 problem.  It's more about 
the lack of the ability to run the original Perl version on the current 
version of Perl which won't support the new graphics package.

The question would then be whether one could even find an old version of 
Perl.  I see that Active State only releases the latest.  Earlier 
versions are only available to licen$ed users.
