I was given my first Teletype M28 by Mark NF6X a nice KSR.
It was off to the races after that, with the support of many on this group and help from Nick England since we share the same Navy Radio Passions Teletype and vintage gear has replaced all my other hobbies.
I have a M28 KSR, KTR, TD and Reperf.
They are routed through Navy Equipment:
1203 patch panel
3494 loop supply
SB-988 transmitter switchboard
I use the following terminal units:
Navy:
CV-2460 850hz shift
CV-483 receive only (will decode any shift)
And a TU-170 170hz shift civilian unit for ITTY and general Amateur work.
I can receive on a R1051 receiver and transmit on an AN/URC-58 (RF-301) but I use a Kenwood TS-570s quite a bit becuase if it’s good filtering capabilities.

Greetings,
I would like to hear GreenKeys members tell us about your set up.
What TTY signals do to receive? iTTY? RTTY over HF? Another machine across the room?
What software are you using?
What hardware are you using?
I just want to get an idea what is possible and which direction I would like to go.
Thanks,
-Steve Bennett AD8CI
