One pair is probably the keyboard, and the other the selector magnet. I
don't recall what the selector magnet resistance is, and it will vary
depending on whether the magnet coils are in series (pulling 60 mA,
holding 20 ma) OR parallel (holding at 60 mA). But, I'd guess 50 to 100
ohms. The pair connecting to the keyboard should be zero ohms and pulse to
open when you press a key.
When you power it up without a loop supply, the machine "runs open," but
the carriage should not be advancing. If it does, there may be an issue.

I am currently using a model 15, 14 TD, and 14 reperf (though they are in
storage for a move from CO to AZ). This is the same setup I used in high
school a little over 50 years ago. I love the combination of equipment!
