Another model of that thing was the 14ROTR, or Model 14 R eceive O nly T yping R eperforator 
This was a bit smaller since it had no keyboard. 

The model that started this discussion was a Model 14 K eyboard T yping R eperforator, or 

14KTR.

Yes, a fine point of syntax but 
surely accurate !!

Yes, there was a unit in the M15/M19 line 
that was a stand-alone keyboard perforator; 
no selector magnet, only the keyboard, and 
no printing on the tape.

yes again ... if it types on the tape then 
it's a "Typing Reperforator" !!
