I was always impressed with the model 43. I used it in a logging system
for broadcast stations, so we bought several hundred of them. The other
common dot matrix machine at the time was Extel. I don't think Extel did
lower case characters (but maybe that's because the ones I saw were not
ASCII). The 43 make very nice looking upper and lower case text.
