Bob,
If your ST-6 is working, it has a loop supply built in. It should put
out 120VDC and be current limited to 60 ma. by the big rheostat on the
rear panel.
*Before you power up the ST-6*, open it up and check that the boards are
all plugged in securely (they have a habit of loosening up and even
falling out). See http://www.navy-radio.com/rtty/hal.htm for a manual.
