[GreenKeys] Shipping a floor model 28KSR.

I have heard that Fastenal is a pretty good way to ship.  They just need to have a fastenal near them and be able to pallet it and wait.  I have not used them personally.

The only issue is that it has to stay either east of the rockies or west.
