[GreenKeys] Pristine M28 ASR Rescue

With the reperforator having a complete independent drive system, line
and control module, I can imagine it being ready to receive incoming
messages when the main system was shut off. A basket in front of the
machine at closing time could be full of tape to be processed the next
morning. If the speed gearing was different from the rest of the
machine, it could also serve as a means of speed translation.
