[GreenKeys] 28 Printer stuntbox CR and LF options

I probably mentioned a while back that my printer wasn't doing CR, 
unless I held the zero code bar to the right.  So it's time to fix that.

I noticed at the time that it also did LF with the CR.  Do I want that 
feature?

Way back when if I remember correctly,the end of line sequence was CR CR 
LF LTRS.  Since the extra CR didn't seem necessary with the advent of 
the 28 and then all the switch to glass terminals, does anyone still 
send 2 CR?

In particular will I get extra line feeds when copying things like ITTY?

I didn't see that there was anything stopping multiple LF in my testing, 
but maybe there's something that does stop an extra LF after CR?

I'm trying to avoid multiple removals of the stuntbox. It's not all that 
hard, but the chances of the snap ring flying off into never never land 
increase exponentially every time you temp fate.
