[GreenKeys] Strange Teletype Corp Device

I'm guessing an FD200AB Cam-Operated Distributor
100 speed for AMA accounting centers
75 speed for automatic line insulation testing
My guess based on adjustment diagrams in P33.012

1084B is the parts manual but I don't have that one.
