That is a "Direct to line" Keyboard for a Morkrum (later Teletype Corp.)
Model 12; c 1920s.

Quire rare.

The M12  was the first page printer produced in any quantity and was
originally designed as an RO for Baudot's multiplex system.  It is
parallel input with 5 selector magnets.

The ebay chassis has a keyboard with serial contacts similar to the M14
& 15.  The extra set of goose-neck contacts is a serial to parallel
converter to allow the printer to operate on a serial line.  It plugs
into the front of the M12 printer.

Have fun,

Duncan
