The T1000 is a 5-bit machine, I believe, not ASCII. I have an operating
manual on it. The best resource for this machine is probably Henning
Treumann, DF3OE, in Germany.
I have responded offlist. I am probably in your general area . . . from
a Texas perspective. ;-)
