[GreenKeys] First projects

Hello GreenKeys,

I apologize in advance for my lack of experience. I'm new here, and new to working with teletypes in general.
 
I'm in an area between Houston and Austin. I bought a somewhat defective Siemens T1000, under the naïve assumption that getting it to work and buying paper, ink, and punch tape for it would be easier than it turned out to be. So I'm wondering if there's anyone in this area who would be willing to help me restore this beautiful piece of tech, or anyone in general who'd just enjoy working on cool projects with me.

I'm also wondering if there's anyone in this area with an ascii ASR teletype who would be willing to negotiate a fair price.
