[GreenKeys] More M15 Issues

Seems as if the M15 has been a very popular machine here on the list over
the last few days.
I have the need to replace the lower spacing gear (p/n: 74154) on the typing
unit of the machine whose base I had electrical wiring issues.
I need some advice on the best way to proceed. Most of all the "don'ts" as
well as the do's. Anyone replaced one of these before? And therefore have
a better way to proceed without making a dozen mistakes before finding the
tricks of the trade. My current lower spacing gear has about 3 teeth that
seem to be ground off. I do have a typing unit that has really become a
spares unit that seems to have a intact lower spacing gear, so I won't have
a need to go in search for one of those.
I wish Teletype had developed removal/replacement (disassembly/reassembly)
instructions like Kleinschmidt did for their machines. Or do such manual
exist and I just haven't found them?
And does any know if Paul, Mr TTY, carries 14/15/19 parts? I need a missing
spring (p/n: 75229) on the line/break switch mechanism on the base unit.
