[GreenKeys] Switchboard type jacks and lamps

The "excavation" continues ... 

and I found that I have ELEVEN different types 
of the long 1/4-inch switchboard jacks, plus two 
types of lamp holders that fit in the same mountings 
as the jacks. 

I've made a list, with the actual switching configuration 
schematic for each type, and added it to my list of 'stuff'
at     http://bit.ly/TTY-stuff

Most, not all, of the jacks are in excellent, like-new, condx.
