[GreenKeys] Looking for TTY Signal Source

To bring things up here, I did the following (with 15KSR)

1. Make a 60 mA local loop with keyboard and selector magnets. Try typing.
If it works, great!

2. Ad 14 TD to the loop and try again.

3. Add 14 typing reperf to loop and try again.

4. Move everything the TU-170 loop and feed it ITTY.

5. Tune up TU-170 and put it on the air!
