It's a typo STAMPED INTO the metal ID plate on the unit!!
The unit documentation says 28vDC,  not 208vDC 
but the metal plate on the unit is stamped  208vDC ... 

I wonder how many military ops got the thing delivered 
and hooked up 208vDC to it ....
