Eugene ... you said you saw 208Vdc on the data plate ... 
I could not get enough resolution on the only photo showing 
the data plate to be able to read the text ...  are you sure 
you didn't see it in the sellers comment that they could not 
find 208VDC to test it?  (THAT could be a typo)
