[GreenKeys] miltope TT-768/TYC-39, 208VDC?

Me thinks that is a typo and should be 28 volts.. Power for 208v 
calculates to north of 1600 watts. A bit much for a TTY machine.

and noticed on the data plate it says 208VDC. Where does one find 
208VDC? On a nuclear sub?
