[GreenKeys] Looking for a Western Electric 425E Network module

I realize this is a long shot on a slightly tangential subject, but I’m in
the process of refurbishing an old Western Electric 500 rotary phone and
have determined that the 425E Net module is most likely bad (capacitors
dried out or other such nonsense).   By chance does anyone have one laying
around that they are willing to part with?  You can see a description of it
