[GreenKeys] MICRODEC MD200

Hi Steve,

I have an MD100, MD300, and the VIP50.  They're neat little devices, but
I've only had luck with it copying morse.  I purchased a photocopy of the
manual for the MD100 on eBay years ago, scanned it, and uploaded it to the
BAMA site.

I think the MD series are all pretty much the same - at least my MD100 and
MD300 are virtually identical.
