Here are the gerbers and associated stuff for the 2211-based demod that was sold
on the list a few years back. I believe the 2211 is still available at least in
smallish quantities.
This board was designed to be easy to hand assemble and it's single-layer with
no tight tolerances so you can even DIY etch it if you're bored. Attaching the
digikey parts list too.
