Dang, thought you might be volunteering John! It's the part that isn't
automatic that won't fit the schedule right now!

Not volunteering, but there are CAD programs that can take an image
(e.g.jpeg), import it and create gerbers. Not automatically, you need to
place pads and traces over the imported image that is a layer behind the
active layer.

note to Eric about the Gerber files. Those I might be able to squeeze in

called PEMCO, if my old memory is correct for the ST-5A which was Irv Hoff's
ST-5 with autostart added. I would donate them if you think you have
somewhere that could duplicate them so others could build that. I also have
the old Hoff articles from an early QST that talks about tuning toroid coils
and if followed on this TU, it is nearly as good as the HAL ST-6 was!!! If
that cant be done, Eric you can have these boards and I'll dig up some
toroids to build it. I don't have a TON of the toroids, but I have some
left from MANY years of building TU's for Navy MARS folks back in the 70's,
I found this set of Pemco boards and info for sale and bought it a few years
back to share with someone. If you can do this, Steve, let me know and I'll
ship the boards to you.
