Hi Dennis,

Welcome to the group!

Before I was able to find a reasonably priced TU, I built a simple FSK decoder based on the XR2211 chip. There are examples
on the XR2211 datasheet as well as numerous examples on the web. As long as you are only decoding ITTY, it works well.
Of course, you’ll also have to drive the loop - a simple solid state relay will do the trick.
