I love mustard!  And the hotter the better; I dare anyone to lick a spoon 
of Hot English (and I'll want to see the entire video, including the 
burning aftermath, including diving for the nearest tap (or faucet)).

Like a good curry, if it doesn't burn as much coming out as it did going 
in...
