[GreenKeys] ARRL Handbook TU Limiter Circuit wanted

This might not be exactly what you specify below, but it might be of use.

The Limiter shows cathodes both grounded, but is a different tube.  It is
a dual triode, though.

This came from the 1961 ARRL Handbook, the oldest one I own, other than 
one from 1939, and I didn't even bother to look there!
