[GreenKeys] Help ID'ing a 15/19 type basket part...

Hey all,

Having a heck of a time trying to ID this one part ;o … it goes into the middle round slot of the 15/19 type basket ribbon holder (nutted onto it below the holder) and the spool shaft goes into middle of the “it".  As you can see, I busted it in half years ago while trying to unseize the shaft :/ (always the last step in something when it breaks - at least seems like it ~o~; . . .).  Part diagram and photo attached :) .
