[GreenKeys] 33 punch problem?

Happy new year folks, my beloved ASR 33 is not feeding tape in for
punching.It seems that the feed wheel does not 'grab' the tape.

Before I start dismantling everything beyond recognition, any thoughts?  I
have attached a thrilling video of it not quite working.
