I no one is available in the Denver area, those manuals can be shipped
very cheaply via USPS media mail.  I have paid for media mail
shipments to save manuals in the past, if the sender is willing to box
the package up and take it to the post office and notify me of the
price upon shipping.  I am also willing to pre-pay a FedEx package
label, if the sender can box the manuals and get a (good)
approximation of the weight and package size.  (This is considerably
more expensive, but the sender doesn't have to front the postage.)
