[GreenKeys] Local vs. Line mode tape reading: 33 ASR

Gents, my tape reader behaves as expected in Local mode (with the Control
Lever to START) but in Line mode with a tape positioned correctly it does
not "activate" tape reading. Pushing down the little sensing pin (apologies
not sure what it is called, see picture) only starts tape reading when in
Local.  Presumably this is a configuration as my other 33 works as expected
in Line mode?

Thoughts appreciated as always!
