It's nylon, so it's 1950s or later.
It looks like something from the motor power train of a
Teletype Model 33. See:

I don't really know those models well, but they did
have some nylon gears.
The tickets mentioning speed indicate it's part of
the power train, and you can change gears to get
different speeds or operate on 50Hz.
