[GreenKeys] Help identifying a gear

Hello all,

I'm sorting through some parts and am having trouble identifying a gear
marked "197779". I've only been able to turn up price catalog listings
containing this number on navy-radio.com, but with no information apart
from the price.

It is 3.8" in diameter, 0.25" thick, and has 120 teeth. Picture attached.
Can anyone identify it?
