[GreenKeys] Chadless tape and a M14 Transmitter-Distributor

Thanks to all who sent ideas.  This XD the lid with rectangular holes as
pictured.  I have made some progress based on the greenkeys responses.  


While single stepping through each bit by manually spinning the motor it
became clear that the pins were not opening the attached chad flaps far
enough to reach the switching threshold.  After precisely adjusting the
contact spacing I was able to get near perfect copy from a chadless tape
by sliding the tape over a table edge to open the chads.  Not really a
perfect solution but progress nonetheless.  With the flaps stuck shut
the pins can't sufficiently push them open.  This Ebay tape might not be
exactly orgiginal.  Maybe some differ tape would help.
