[GreenKeys] 2m/70cm repeater net

AFSK RTTY was once very common on 2 meters.  Usually, if repeaters were 
used they were dedicated to RTTY, but there were stations that would 
have the tones at background level while talking on the repeater. 
Filters were often used on both ends to reduce interference between 
speech and data.
