One other thought is why use a resistor ? The ferrite should absorb any of
the unwanted RF. That is what it is for.

Subject: [GreenKeys] Parasitic Suppressors

After once again repairing the parasitic suppressors in my Dentron
Clipperton L, I got to thinking (which is dangerous!) about the use of
ferrite beads as parasitic suppressors. My notes are at
https://w6iwi.org/ParasiticSuppressor/ .

Any comments?

Thanks!
