     And: Testors Liquid Plastic Cement works to glue the PVC of the opaque parts of the lid, and bulk PVC filament intended for 3-D printing can be formed to make pieces needed for repair.
    
   
   
    The above is an example of a thinko. Not PVC, the cover and the plastic used to repair it should be ABS. Testors Liquid Plastic Cement (a solvent) works on it.
