[GreenKeys] Model 28 Typing Unit activated immediately at power-up. What's stuck?

Perhaps, then, my Model 28 is in even better working shape than I imagined.
It seems that it's simply waiting for some "real input".

I appreciate the pointer... I'll rummage back through the GreenKeys
archives for the loop project(s).

Lucky you to have had the Ma Bell junk-yard! next door What a leg-up on
collecting that must have been (a blessing and a curse, I'm sure).
