 Interesting. I never knew cab overs were made because of length laws.(am I jumping to conclusions?)Anyways....The fact that a coffee mug has graphics on it is probably a big clue too.It is very common today but when did that start?Sometime during the SWAG revolution? (I just made that term up.)

 Yes the car looks ‘70s.  Also the cab over truck fell out of favor in the US by ‘76 when the length law was repealed and the number of cab overs on the road quickly fell off. So if art imitates reality, certainly not before ‘56 and up to late ‘70s is a good guess.
