[GreenKeys] Help me identify this transmitter distributor…

[John W9DDD]

I think DX based on the shape of the top plate of the reader.  Can't find references that show a standalone cover for the DX TD.

Parts for reader are in bulletin 1202B, but mounted in cabinet for telespeed, not standalone.
