[GreenKeys] TTY loop jack boxes - eBay

My problem is not jacks, but where to get a few short patch codes.  

I see sets of 6 patch codes for guitars at a reasonable price.  Two problems, they are right angle plugs and designed for audio.  Not sure what happens at 120 VDC and RT angle plugs will likely interfere with adjacent plugs in a jack field.
