[GreenKeys] TTY loop jack boxes - eBay

Pretty clear to me that you are getting both, but check with the seller.
If you want to roll your own, I think Jim Cooper may have jacks available.

This SB-6 box has 4 loops. Each loop has a line connection and a set
connection plus two looping jacks. There are also 4 individual MISC jacks
at the bottom.
