 I've used a dialup modem with Vonage and Comcast with no issues. I got a pay by the minute
VOIP account that I can use for testing. Let's see if I can make some time to do some
testing. However, right now I'm in the middle of cleaning/lubricating my "new" TT-7 
(half a M19) and I can't wait go get it running.

 Interesting enough I have an old Mac (Performa 6500) it’s a 6360 with an upgraded board.  It has a 28.8 modem, 100mb Zip drive, 10gb  HD and a whopping 128mb memory.  Believe it or not it will still get on the internet to sites like google, Mac repository and others.  But I digress.  

I have dialed into a BBS (yes they actually have a bunch out there) and I have had no issues using Vonage and later Verizon’s voip cell based adaptor.  I would imagine TTy would come across just fine.
