[GreenKeys] Is that an answerback in this 28 ASR?

Bell System Model 28 TWX machines had the "Who Are You" key on uppercase C. The sequence
for sending a WRU request was a sequential Figs C. Western Union Telex machines followed the
international standard of WRU on upper-case D. As was common on all machines with an
answerback mechanism, the answerback could be triggered locally by depressing the "HERE IS"
key.

Since it is a USTTY code machine and no ITA2 (TELEX) I would call it
a "Here is" device
rather than an answerback. As far as I know there is no "who are you?" character
in USTTY alphabet that triggers the answerback remotely.
