[GreenKeys] Is that an answerback in this 28 ASR?

Hopefully somebody appreciates my listed machine. There are 12 hours
remaining and 10 watchers on it. Hopefully it sells and someone can
appreciate what it is and make it come back to life as a fully
functioning teletype. I joined to get information on the piece as I
know nothing and have received little feedback other than a local
offer and that one person in the group shared the basic information on
the listing. Happy to answer any additional questions about the item
that I am able as well as I am able, not knowing what i am looking at.
