that tape appears to be for the Western Union 2B 
and Model 14 'strip printer' ....  your tapes look to 
be in excellent condition;  these are quite rare these 
days ...  I had a stock but it is almost all gone now. 

The tape you have is white UNgummed tape, most 
commonly used in central office TOCs (Technical 
Operating Centers) on 'talkwires' where the techs 
talked back and forth while doing operations.

Similar width tape but yellow with a gummed backing 
was used by Western Union to receive incoming telegrams; 
the tape was ripped off the printer and pasted onto the 
yellow telegram forms with a 'moistener device' which was 
hand held, with a water reservoir and a wick that the tape 
passed over to moisten it.
