[GreenKeys] Model 19 perferator question?

Hi Jesse,

The 19 uses a different keyboard which is called the "Model 15 Keyboard 
Perforator" (you'd thought they'd called it the 19 keyboard)

That gets installed in a 15 base instead of the normal keyboard.  It has 
the punch attached to the left side.  It also has a character counter 
that may be attached to either the left (in front of the punch) or right 
side.

This results in 2 different cabinet configurations depending on the 
right or left side counter.  The cabinet also has the tape supply reel 
on the left side behind the punch.
