[GreenKeys] "tried plugging it in but it shorted"

    I remember going to some surplus place near downtown when I 
was in my teens. They advertised model 26 machines for hams. Well 
it was before I had my license and they would not sell me one. 
Actually, I was with my dad. I had a chance to type on a working 
machine. I don't remember where it was but it might have been 
RPS, they were a major ham distributor in L.A. at the time.
    I wonder what he plugged in and if he blew it up.
